The item purchase was a perfect fit. However, it required two small #4 metric screws that not only did NOT come with the bushing, but was also very difficult to locate in our small town. After three days of looking, I finally found what I needed. It would have been really nice if the bushing had come with the mounting screws. I did go back and looked at the parts diagram and did see them next to the Adaptor. They are part number 911141-00.

I had problems with a router bit pilot bushing staying tight in the adapter plate, so I ordered an extra adapter plate to dedicate to this particular bushing that is used for a mortise and tenon jig. I used Loctite \"red\" thread locker on the bushing to keep it secure in the adapter plate. Now I can easily switch out the adapter plate to use the jig without worrying about the pilot bushing falling out.

All of the parts just pop right into place. Except the Guide bushing adapter it uses two screws to hold it in.
