This is an original DeWalt replacement part manufactured for use with plunge routers. This metal pan head screw can have multiple applications, however on routers it is used to secure the guide bushing adapter. This screw is a phillips head, and is sold individually.

All of the parts just pop right into place. Except the Guide bushing adapter it uses two screws to hold it in.
