Product Description
?This is an authentic manufacturer sourced replacement part used on Makita compound miter saws. Kerf boards (also called kerf plates) are used to prevent excessive splintering, resulting in cleaner cuts. Using the wrong kerf board for your tool can give a rough edge to the material you're cutting. This part is made out of plastic and it is sold individually. Screws that attach this part are sold separately.
