This original Makita replacement part is sourced directly from manufacturer for use with compound miter saws. It is generally used to secure the blade to the spindle/shaft. This hex washer head, also called a flange head bolt has reverse threads. It made out of metal and it is sold individually. When replacing this bolt you would need a wrench.

I sprayed Liquid Wrench in the area. Let it set over night then started to drill a pilot hole for an easyout. The stud started to work itself out with the pressure of the drill on it. Thus it turned out very easy! Thanks for the L/H thread bolt!
