This replacement left upper fence is a high quality item that is sourced from original equipment manufacturer for use with Makita miter saws. The purpose of the fence is to add height to the left side supporting and guiding the wood. It helps with taller moldings and work-pieces as well. One durable metal fence is included per order, please note the right side fence and the hardware to secure these parts are sold separately.
