This is an authentic Makita replacement part that has been sourced from the original manufacturer to be used with portable band saws. The wheel attaches to the slide plate on the side opposite the motor/drive wheel. This part is used to support the blade as it rotates around both wheels. This wheel is sold as an individual replacement part.
