The hammer drill was squealing, and had loss of power.
1. Removed the end cap.
2. Removed the case screws.
3. Removed the 4 screws off the drive housing.
4. Removed the old brush and trigger assembly.
5. Reinstalled the new brush and trigger assembly in their place.
6. Reattached the drive housing to one side of the case.

Hammer drill end cap had melted due to hard use drilling concrete.
After disassembly the end cap was obviously melted due to a technician pushing of the end cap while drilling concrete. The end cap on this particular Milwaukee drill also hold the motor assembly straight. All that was required was removal of the melted end cap(4 torx screws) and replacement with the new one.
