1. Removed the torx head screws from the handle.
2. Took the handle apart.
3. Removed the old cord by pulling the blade style connectors apart.
4. Took the new cord, replaced it by plugging in the blade connections then put the handle back together.

Electric cord on grinder broke

1. Unplugged the grinder.
2. Removed four screws holding the grinder case together.
3. Disconnected the spade connections on the broken cord.
4. Installed the spade connections. Almost had to use needle nose pliers to make this connection but was able to make the connection with my fingers.
5. Installed the case us ing caution with the fit of the cord into the restraining grooves of the case.
6. Installed the four screws.

Cut the power cord in two.

Removed motor cover. Pulled two wire clips on old cord and installed clips on new cord. Replaced motor cover and it worked like new.

Power cord broke at strain relief after repeated bending at the strain relief while storing the tool .I weed this tool professionally til my retirement now it is used once in a Wikileaks for my hobbie

Removed the screws that hold the case closed removed the old wire with a pair of needle nose pliers ins tallied new cord and replaced the cover job done.

Opened up back of grinder. Removed old pieces. Glad to see how power cord was installed. Miluakee makes good tools and seeing inside reinforced that opinion. Happy to be able to repair servicable tool back to top condition.

Removed 4 ea screws to access old power cord , plugged in the new power cord , blew out the dust while I was there , installed the 4 ea screws that hold the case together and I was done , as far the flange goes , in some applications you use it on the drive shaft , and for some grinding wheels its not used.
