Product Description

?

This genuine OEM replacement part is designed for use with Milwaukee sanders. It includes one (1) carbon brush with lead wire attached and one (1) brush holder with a spring. Carbon brushes are commonly replaced item on power tools Because carbon brushes are wear items, meaning that through friction and use they will gradually wear away, they will eventually require replacement. It is recommended to replace both brushes at the same time. You would need a screwdriver and pliers to complete this job. • First remove screws holding the cover together • Separate two (2) halves of the housing to gain access to armature and brush holder • Remove the old brush • Install the new brush • Reassemble and test your tool

Screw the brush clamp back on and attach the wire
Repeat on opposite side
Then I remove the switch I needed a pair of slip joint pliers to remove the wires from the back
Install new switch and attach new switch boot
Put the top of sander back on and screw the screws back in and plug it in and test it out
