This is a genuine manufacturer sourced replacement regulator. It is specially designed for Campbell Hausfeld air compressors. This part adjusts the pressure of the air coming from the tank to the desired level. Please note, this only includes the metal regulator and the plastic knob. The valves, gauges and the pressure switch are all sold separately. To complete this repair you would need an a screwdriver, pliers and a set of wrenches. • First make sure to unplug the compressor • Drain the air from the tank • Disconnect all the valves and gauges from the regulator • Remove the old regulator • Secure the new regulator assembly • Reassemble and test the new regulator

Remove the existing items from the defective regulator. Remove the defective regulator. Install the new regulator and install the part in the same outlets, as the old one.

Leaking air pressure

Removed old pressure regulator and pressure switch. Replaced steel pipe fitting from tank to pressure switch and pressure switch to pressure regulator pipe with new brass pipes. Used Teflon tape to seal connections and reassembled. Leak has gone.

Removed pressure hose connector
Removed regulator assembly from tank
Replaced with new regulator
Place new assembly to tank
Reattached pressure hose connector
Turned compressor on no air leak, happy as all get out.
