1. Removed the plastic cover to gain access to belts and reverse cable connection. Unbolt and remove lower pulley and woodruff key. Replace belt or belts on pulley and reassemble. This must be done due to close tolerances with tiller frame. Also when removing the pulley bolt you must keep the drive shaft from turning. There is no flat spot on the shaft to hold it with a wrench or a hole to put a spud wrench into to keep it from turning . Take a rope and tie it to a tine and the other to the frame. FYI : pulley bolt is NOT a reverse thread. As far as replacing the reverse cable goes , itÆs pretty straight forward.

Removed old belts and installed new ones. took cowling off and removed drive pulley put belts around pulley and reinstalled. My main story is to commend E Replacement Parts. What a great system you have for looking up and ordering parts. My tiller is old but finding the right parts was a breeze and were exact replacements. One was back or dered but you kept me informed and it wasn\'t long and they were on the way. I have never had a wrong part from you folks and I have ordered quite a few. Thanks for being a great company!
