I took off cover, replaced the belt, installed the new tension spring and screw, put cover back on and mowed the yard with no issues at all.

1. Remove front plastic wheel drive cover
2. Tip mower on side away from carb and remove blade and plastic shaft cover.
3. Remove old belt then the tension spring.
4. Install new tension spring and belt.
5. Replace covers and blade.
