This is a Genuine OEM replacement part used on variety of Lawn and Garden Equipment Engines. This part is made out of Rubber and it is sold individually. If the carburetor is leaking fuel it is recommended to replace the Bowl Gasket. Gaskets and O-rings are a common source of problems. They eventually shrink, causing fuel and air leaks that lead to poor engine performance.

Exact fit
I had tried to find this part at a local hardware store that is well known for stocking a wide range of lawnmower parts. But, to no avail. They stocked the original part, but not in the size I needed. I tried to substitute an o-ring. They didn't have an exact fit. I tried purchasing some gasket material to make my own. That turned out to be a disaster. Nothing but the original part was going to work. I tried Amazon. They didn't have it. With a little more research, I found your website. Gasoline was getting into the engine block and hydro locked the cylinder
Remove carburetor, disassemble it, clean all internal parts with carb cleaner and blow out all ports with compressed air. Reassemble the carb with new float needle and bowl seal. Drain motor oil and replace with fresh oil. Since the oil had a quart of gasoline in it. I will change the oil again after 5 hours of use.
Pulled the air breather then pulled the carburetor. Disassembled the carburetor and cleaned it then made sure all the passages were clean and free of debris. Reassembled with new needle valve. Put the carburetor and breather back on and changed the oil. Changed the spark plug with the proper gap. I the set the air mixture screw at 1 full
... Read moreturn out from all the way screwed in and started the motor. I ended with adjusting the air mixture to 3/4 turn out. Runs great
remove carburetor and float bowl and float and needle valve tap inside of seat in carburetor with a 1/4 twenty tap then threaded bolt in and then pulled out old seat and then tapped in new seat with a punch until it hits home at bottom reassemble carburetor and put back on engine
