The bearing seal fits between the ball bearing and the washer. This part is sold individually and is made out of a very thin material. It is an original Shimano part for use in reels. A screwdriver and a nutdriver may be necessary during the installation of this part. It may easily become broken and will need to be replaced.

Cost of older Model Parts
I am sorry to say to say that the cost for Older Parts as for Cardiff 401 A are to high!I will suggest to my customers to purchase Newer model Reel as i calculated cost for parts for repair.Note roller clutch assembly BNT 3113 at 34.20 is too high! That is a third of new reel.Parts you did send were good.
