Pressure won't go above 60 pls and doesn't shut off. Can I get parts to fix whatever is leaking by????
Dan For model number 919-165310 - December 28, 2023

Hi Dan, Thank you for your question. If the air compressor is not building pressure, we would recommend checking the piston cylinder kit, the ring, and the valve plate assembly. We hope this helps!

My compressor after I turn it on starts but blows circut breaker 20 amp
David For model number 919.165010 - March 20, 2023

Hello David, Thank you for your inquiry. There are two reasons an air compressor can trip a breaker, electrical and mechanical. Several factors can cause your compressor to pull too much power, so first make sure that that amp rating on the compressor does not exceed the amperage the outlet can handle. Check the safety valve, piston kit with o-rings, the fan and filter kit, and check valve for any visible damage. Good luck with your repair.

Are there any parts (piston, ring, etc.) that are compatible with this model available?
James For model number 919.165220 - November 20, 2023

Hello James, thank you for your question. The original Piston kit is now discontinued. However, If your piston rod is okay and the piston ring is replaceable, use the K-0650 cylinder kit. You can also get the Ring individually as part DAC-308. We hope this helps.

Simply follow the directions that come with the kit, they describe the whole process. In my case I had to do an extra step because the new cylinder sleeves were slightly longer than the originals and had a lip at the bottom that wouldn\'t let the piston head fit through from the bottom. I had to remove the connecting rods and feed the pis tons through from the top. Other than that if you just follow the instructions that come with the kit it\'s real easy. The compressor fills up quick now and is much quieter.

New ring goes between the two peaces. Replaced piston rings and new cylinder sleeves and new gaskets. Reassembled. Easy job. Just takes a small amount of time to re pair and you\'re back up and running.
