Blade change locking pin is leaking oil

Remove oil fill / level plug.
Drain Any remaining oil.
Remove blade locking pin\'s collar nut and gasket (#44 Fastening Pin)
Remove locking pin, spring, o-ring, and disc assembly.
Clean parts, replace o-ring,
Reassemble Locking pin components and place in position.
Install blade locking pin\'s collar nu t and gasket (#44 Fastening Pin)
Fill Oil chamber with kerosene, put in the oil fil/ level plug, run no load one minute, dump kerosene.
Adjust the saw table for the deepest cuts, set the saw so that saw table is in a level position.
Refill with skil lubricant until the oil level meets the plug hole threads
Install the oil plug.
