... Read moreing no fuel or compression. 2 strokes are way different than a 4 stroke engine. After replacing the parts with the original carb, it fired right up and idled perfectly. So easy to replace. 4 screws, fuel line connectors and throttle linkage was only thing that had to be touched.
I did replace the muffler gasket which was 2 bolts. I did this to clean the flame arresting screen. Very easy too.
Removed carburetor, throttle cable, fuel lines, choke,and cracked insulator. Then installed new seal, intake gasket,and insulator along with carburetor, choke, throttle cable,and air filter.
