It is a genuine replacement part that is specially manufactured for use with Echo chainsaws. This item helps to provide an air-tight seal between the insulator and the engine. Over time the seal may get compressed and crack allowing air to escape, keep an eye on the units performance and replace seals as needed to maintain peak performance. It is made of durable, high-quality rubber material and it is sold individually.
