This is a grille and spring assembly for various models of room and ceiling vents. The grille and spring assembly are responsible for allowing air to flow freely into the room from the fan, prevent dirt and debris from entering the vent, and hold the grille in place without vibrating. This assembly comes individually and does not come with any other hardware or parts, so consider that before placing an order. If your current vent grille(s) are cracked, not sitting flush with your wall, or are yellowing and discolored, you need to replace it/them. Replacing this assembly only requires you to pull off and disconnect the old assembly, and then install the new one by squeezing the springs into place and pushing the grille onto the vent.

Plastic clip that held the spring was broke and the grille was hanging...
My easiest repair ever, just removed the broken vent cover and put in the new one, took 1 minute .Biggest pain was finding the part I needed, should have tried you guys first. The part was a perfect match. In the future I\'ll try you guys first.
