This is an original Weber replacement part, not an aftermarket imitation. It is sourced directly from original equipment manufacturer for Weber gas grills. The regulator is designed to only allow a certain amount of the fuel to the burners. This will allow user to maintain the needed temperature of the grill. This assembly includes the metal regulator and durable rubberized hose with a connection fitting.

I ordered the hose & regulator according to your parts diagram. Part #65909 This part is 30" long and should be 42" long. Is your diagram wrong?

Length of hose please? I have a Weber Genesis E-310 and need the hose that is roughly 30 inches. I didn't see hose length in the description and know there are sme that only run 21 inches. Thank you!

Weber grill thermometer broke after 10 years.
1. Loosen and remove the wing nut on inside of grill lid that holds the thermometer in place.
2. Remove old thermometer from the lid.
3. Insert new thermometer and secure with the wing nut.

Gas leak at regulator nut propane bottle connection
Weber BBQ - Genesis E310 LP Black, Model:6511001
1. Disconnected and removed propane bottle
2. Remove 1 of the 2 under cabinet doors (propane bottle access door) to gain easier access and visibility during bubble/soap leak test.
3. Remove regulators threaded hose connection and hose bracket from the cabinet panel for easier access.
4.Connected new hose (regulator assemble).
5. Connected propane bottle to new regulator assemble while the bottle was still removed outside of cabinet.
6. Turn on propane and bubble/soap leak tested all reconnected fitting (including the hose threaded connections, the "swivel part" of the regulator nut where I had the leak, and the regulator nut threads on the propane bottle.
7. Reattached the threaded hose fittings/bracket to cabinet.
8. Reattached propane bottle to its bracket/weight scale assemble.
9. Reattached the cabinet door.

Removed and replace the manifold assembly.
Installed the LP hose and regulator.
