Easy Repair for Clutch Cover Assembly
All I needed was to replace a broken stainless steel brake band inside the clutch cover assembly. Given how expensive this part is (+shipping cost) relative to the entire cover assembly (free shipping) and the age of my current cover, I opted to purchase the entire cover assembly. Brake band now works properly and this was an easy fix.

2. Ensure brake the off position
3. Install the new clutch plate assembly
4. Adjust the chain tension and tighten the bolt that holds the clutch
