This is an adjustable burner bracket designed for use with Char-Broil grills. It contains stainless carryover channels. Adjusts 23-1/2" to 25". Includes 2 bar extensions, 2 angled extensions for brackets ending at an angle, hardware and instructions. Fits burners up to 2-5/8" wide. You would need a screwdriver to complete this repair.

1. Removed the racks, then lifted the burners out of the grill.
2. Took wrench and screwdriver and removed the single bolt/nut off each end of grill.
3. Cleaned up the belly of the grill.
4. Assembled the new L bracket to each end of the new carryover tube (do not tighten).
5. Re-attach the new carryover tube to the grill, align to center, tighten bolts/nuts.
6. Slide new burners into place and adjust the bolt on each burner to regulate the air/gas.

Carryover tube for burners.

Simple repair nad a great time to get the grill clean for the summer of cooking.
Get the burners off by lifting up and to towards the back of the grill.
Get a grip on the nut below the right and left ends and a screwdriver on the to of the bolt.
Remove the old carryover tube and clean the mounting position for the new one to sit properly.
Reverse order to install new tube while making sure the open slots face FORWARD.
Fire up grill and enjoy the summer.

Took old burners out. Cleaned grill. Order new burners and burner supports. Put in new burners with grill supports. Grill works great like new after several years of use. Wife is happy.

First thing---DISCONNECT TANK
1. Removed the flame reducers
2. Removed the cast iron burners
3. Removed what was left of the old burner brace. Some of the carryover tubes had eroded away. The nut on one side was frozen on the bolt. I ended up grinding off the head.

My CharBroil Commercial grill is an older model. Finding a compatible part was easy using the original part number from my grill manual. The new part fits several models and is adjustable. Removal of the old part was simple, two machine screws and nuts.
Assembly of the new cross over tube was simple, and instructions had the different combinations pictured. The included hardware included the bolts and washers needed, but I was short two nuts for reattaching the assembled crossover tube to the grill.
I was able to reuse the old nuts so not an issue.
The best part is, it works like it's supposed to!
