Bathroom fan motor
The shipped motor and impeller were already attached to a new mounting plate, which saved time. All that was required was sliding the plate into the housing slots and attaching one holding screw. It all went well.

Motor Stopped Working
Took entire fan assembly out. Installed new one ( was a perfect fit) and put fan housing back together. Probably could have just replaced motor but I didn't see it available. Cost for entire assembly reasonable considering alternative of tearing entire unit out of ceiling.

Hardest part is reaching and installing screw. Plugging the power cord in first keeps the fan motor in place, so you can start screw.
