After taking my mowing to a shop and them quoting me $505.00 I decided to fix it myself. V-Belt arrived and it was top of the line belt, not a cheap one found elsewhere.

Toro 30" twin blade mower. Removed the shield protecting the drive pulleys to gain access to the main drive pulley. Removed the shield encompassing the pulley. Tipped the mower on to its rear wheels to gain access to the crankshaft pulleys under the engine. Had to remove the traction drive v-belt to first install the blade drive v-belt on the upper most pulley. Then inserted the blade drive belt through the belt guard and on to the crankshaft pulley. Using the pipe wrench to rotate the drive axle slipped the belt on the blade drive upper pulley. This would be done easier with a second pair of hands. Then reinstalled the traction belt previously removed. Up righted the mower and reinstalled the belt guard on the blade drive pulley. Replaced plastic housing above the blade drive pulley area.
