Medium 15-30 minutes (2 rated repairs)?

The table alignment pin was bent and wouldn’t hold the table flat horizontally secure.

Difficulty

Time

30-60 minutes

Tools Used

Screwdriver, Pliers, Wrench Set, Drift pin, oil tube, dentil pick, machinist vise, flashlight

1. Took off the large boat that holds the table.
2. Removed the table and raised the table Platten to see the pin clearly.
3. Sat in a chair with a flashlight and removed the pin with pliers and wrench.
4. That pen can only be removed from the inside of the Armature so the platten must be removed
5. The pin broke off so I drilled into the center of the broken pin and used a drift pin to punch it out while holding it in a vice.
6. I cleaned the pin holes with oil and clean rag and inserted the new pin and put the table and Armature together.
7. I tightened the bolt and pin and tightened the table bolts and noticed everything is working perfectly now.
