Deck belt would not disengage

Deck pulley tensioners springs got weak from age and would not disengage the blades. New springs and it pulls the pulleys back so now the deck belt disengages.

My mower deck was making a lot of noise. So I decided to replace the belt tensioner an a few other parts.
