Question: Power Cord Incomplete

rogersgeorge

I can't tell you how disappointed I am with the power cord. The picture hides the ends of the wires, but the description says the cord has prongs and that's why I bought it here instead of someplace else. The wires end without prongs! I get just the wires insulation clear to the very ends, so I cannot attach the wires to the tool without finding and attaching the little prongs.
