    Blade not tracking, worn parts

    peter - June 20, 2016
Removed the old bearing blocks by removing the screws holding them to the saw. Then replaced all of the bearings on the blocks. Punched out the pins in the block out to install the back bearings. Then installed the new assemblies back on the saw. I then removed the old tires from the pulleys and installed the new tires. I removed the screw from the tension lever and replace it and the lever. Installed a new blade, adjusted the tension. Now it tracks like a new saw.

Saw would not cut straight always veer to left. Found the blade had worn a groove in the bearing block and the blade was running off to the side of one bearing.
