The product was exactly how it was described on the website. Checkout was very easy. A tracking number was provided when item was shipped. The delivery was an issue since it switched from 3 different days (initially Wednesday and then pushed to a Friday and then a Sunday.) customer service was pleasant but not really any oversight for the tracking piece. I would recommend this company for parts but not if you need anything in a hurry.

Weedeater pull cord spring assembly broke, so pull cord wouldn\'t engage
Removed shaft,clutch and complete pull rope assembly.
Replaced with new assembly in reverse order.
Not an easy job,but solved the problem.
Had to watch a lot of u tube to learn how to do repairs.
