The product was exactly how it was described on the website. Checkout was very easy. A tracking number was provided when item was shipped. The delivery was an issue since it switched from 3 different days (initially Wednesday and then pushed to a Friday and then a Sunday.) customer service was pleasant but not really any oversight for the tracking piece. I would recommend this company for parts but not if you need anything in a hurry.
