This is an authentic OEM sourced recoil starter assembly that is designed for use with Shindaiwa and Echo handheld lawn and garden equipment. It is the starter assembly that is used to pull-start the unit. It includes a plastic shroud, starter pulley, starter spring, grip and the pull rope, please note the hardware to secure it is sold separately.
