The starter pulley assembly is sold as a set that includes the e-ring, the reel, the pawl return spring, and the starter pulley. These authentic items are supplied directly from the original equipment manufacturer for use with power brooms, brushcutters, trimmers, and lawn edgers made by Shindaiwa. A set of pliers might be helpful during the installation of these parts. They are made out of metal and plastic and will need to be replaced if they break.
