removed exhaust and top covers
removed recoil starter assy
removed spark plug
insert cord in spark plug hole to prevent piston from moving
remove nut from end of crankshaft and remove starter pulley assy
reassemble in reverse order
Removed pull string assembly and replaced it with a new one.And started right up with no problems.
