It\'s been a while since I did this, but as I recall:
1. Remov ... Read more ed the front handle.
2. Opened up the housing by removing numerous torx screws.
3. Removed the bolts holding the blade assembly.
4. Opened up the gear case and removed the screws holding the motor.
5. The motor is now loose and I cut the two wires and removed it.
6. The gear case had grease inside and I spread grease near the location of the gears to ensure lubrication.
7. Screwed the motor to the gear case and assembled the gear case.
8. Soldered the motor wires but using a crimp or wire nut would also work.
9. Reassemble the remaining parts in reverse order. This is where patience and/or frustration creeps in trying to route the wires properly. Unless you\'re a better mechanic than me you won\'t get it right the first time.
