Remove the cotter pin from the blade nut, then remove the blade nut and blade washer. Then remove the blade. Install the new blade on the shaft, then put the rest of the parts on in reverse order.
Took the throttle apart and replaced the handle. This is not an easy task, so keep your cool. Took the cover off the muffler and took out the spark arrester. Tried the unit and same thing. So after much thought, took the whole muffler off again and looked down into the port with a flashlight and low and behold the port was all but blocked. left the piston in place blocking the port and very carefully scraped the carbon out - blew the carbon out with air - lubricated it with oil and it ran like a champ. Adjusted the carb and it ran great. :-)

2. Inserted the grommet with filter and fuel lines, then hooked up the fuel lines
