Took the carburetor off cleaned it put new screens and it filters went down remove the plastic casing put the new part back on put the carburetor back on put the cover over it and started up

1. Removed the carburetor (just a few screws)
2. Detached the throttle cable
3. Removed the insulated assembly (two screws)
4. Assembly is the reverse of steps 1-3.

I cracked the insulator in a move.

Pulled everything apart.
Replaced the insulator. I had to make a gasket because mine was torn.
Put everything back together. Pumped the bubble a few time, closed the choke and 5 pulls had the trimmer running. No problems

Removed housing, gas tank, air cleaner, and carb. Removed screws to intake (insulator) and replaced. Reassembled parts and it runs great now. Intake was cracked wide open and was sucking air and would not start.

put two new carbs on it still could not get to run right put this insulator assembly on it and that fixed it runs like brand new

tuned up the carb for max performance cleaned up the blower and it was ready to go

Very simple repair actually just remove breather cap to access the carburetor bolts then remove pull rope assembly to access the surrounding plastic case which also holds the fuel tank that you need loose to make reassembly much easier then just remove carburetor followed by intake then thoroughly cleaned all surface for new gasket replac ement and reassembly of remaining parts
