This is a genuine replacement part for Delta table saws and Biesemeyer fences. The cursor connects to the board kit. It is made out of plastic and will need to be replaced if it becomes broken. A screwdriver may be needed during the replacement of this part. This item is sold individually.
1. Set to a perfect whole dimension; any will do and whole inches are easier to see the line
2. Unscrewed the old one, mounted the new one.
3. Moved fence, moved it back, made a cut to confirm.
4. A trivial replacement . . . That you can get wrong!

The cursor/hairline was broken accidentally so the Biesmeyer fence could not be set accurately.
Removed two screws, discarded old cursor and installed new one. Set fence to an even dimension and adjusted cursor to corresponding dimension on scale. Done!
