1. Removed the outer housing (removed bolts)
2. Removed the bolt holding in the pully
3. Removed pully belt at same time
4. Replace both pully and belt
5. Put the outer housing back on (re-inserted the old bolts)
6. The owner\'s manual (page 15) tells you how to do it. Pictures are helpful.
Basically followed the owners manual for repair (pg 15). Removed the drive-belt cover by removing 3 bolts. Next unhooked the brake spring from the idler arm. Next remove the screw and curved washer that holds the rotor pulley. Remove the rotor pulley and the drive belt. Finally, install the new drive belt as shown in the owners manual
