1.Remove wheels and bottom plate
2. Utilize a screwdriver to pull worn out bushings out (retainer ring was wore completely away)
3. Put in new bushings on both sides
4. Pounded the retaining ring on both sides using a rubber mallet to push the ring all the way into the slot to hold bushing in place

Place the two carriage bolts on the inside of the deck
Place the mulching over on them
