Removed belt guard. Removed bolt that held damaged part on with socket and an adjustable wrench. Part slides off shaft easily once belts were removed. New part slides on and can only go one way due to the key that is built into the part. Slid part almost on and then put the belt on that drives the self propelled part. then slid part all ... I had to remove the auger system from the drive system to remove and replace the drive belt.
Removing and replacing the drive pulley was super easy.
