This rear guide roller kit is an OEM item which is specially designed for Milwaukee band saws. The purpose of this component is to support and guide the blade. It is an identical replacement for a missing or a faulty item that was installed on a new unit. Note, this is the rear guide, the front guide is sold separately. Make sure to refer to the appropriate diagrams of your model for the correct location and application of this part. This high-quality kit includes one durable metal roller and two screws to secure it. To perform this repair you will need a screwdriver set to remove the pulley and the cover.

Very simple. Remove blade. Unscrew 2 torx bolts on front guide roller, remove old unit, set new unit in place (it has a registration pin), reinsert two torx bolts and tighten. Repeat process with the rear roller. Reinstall blade. The blade guards remain in place because there is plenty of room to remove and install the roller units.

Not cutting straight.

Removed blade. Removed large plastic covers for both drive idler wheels. Turned saw upside down and placed in vise. Removed screws for front and rear rollers. Removed and discarded rollers and screw. Installed new rollers with new screws. Re- installed wheel covers and blade. My saw works like new again.

The band saw would start run & then would bind up on metals
