This part is the OEM part from the Milwaukee manufacturer. The shoe bumper kit is made of durable plastic, and has been designed for use in bandsaw devices. This part holds the t-block within the diaphragm kit. The shoe bumper kit is sold individually. A hex key and a screwdriver are helpful in making the repair.
