Bearing for makita hand router-runs smooth
Was correct bearing and router runs smooth now. The old bearing melted the black plastic case that surrounds it, which is not included but I didn't expect it to be.

simple unscrew case wiggle apart
dismantle clips and use socket to pop out first bearing
use vise with 2 screw drivers holding underneath the bearings and with soft blow hammer
Pulled the bearing from the case/shaft and replaced with new bearing.
