I took the tensioning mechanism apart with a torx wrench and a compression pin
remover (difficult without tool). Watch out for the small ball bearing and spring
under the lever. I then reassembled it with little difficult until it came to putting
the pin back in the lever. The compression used broke the lever casting

now have to order that. be very careful that your tool supports the bottom
of the lever evenly. Think that\'s where I went wrong. Don\'t know, in any event
that\'s a pretty weak casting.

Release lever cracked, backing pad wore down, idle arm support was damaged
Removed the worn parts. Had trouble removing the cam-arm and cam from the Idle arm support. Lube on the cam helped. It\'s best to set the cam in place before adding the cam-shaft by compressing the release spring. After that, reassembly is straight forward.
