?This replacement cork rubber plate is specially designed for use with Makita belt sanders. It is a genuine OEM sourced part, not an aftermarket equivalent. This part should be inspected periodically and replaced if showing signs of wear to ensure optimum performance. Includes one plate per order. Please note, the steel plate and the screws are sold separately. To complete this repair job you will need a screwdriver. • Unplug the sander • Remove the steel plate • Remove the old cork rubber plate • Secure the new one in place • Reattach the steel plate

Greased roller shaft and added where needed.
Removed steel and cork plate, cleaned surfaces and reinstalled new units.
Lubricated all flexible sections of unit.
Sander is like brand new.
The rubber on the origional drive roller had dry rotted and was coming off in chunks
