Drive wheel and the two other idler wheels were worn

First remove the cover and sanding belt. For the drive wheel remove the set screw in the wheel and slide it off the drive shaft. For the lower idler wheel, remove the retaining ring from the shaft and slide off the wheel. For the upper idler wheel remove the socket screw and washer, then slide the wheel off of the shaft. Install the new w heels in reverse order, and your done.

Removed old bearing, (this was most difficult part of the project) You had to be careful not to damage the existing bearing. Once you have that removed, you reinsert it in the new idler wheel. You need to use large size socket or something similar to gently tap the bearing into the new idler so not to damage the bearing. Once that is d one, rest is just of matter of putting back the cover.
