First remove the cover and sanding belt. For the drive wheel remove the set screw in the wheel and slide it off the drive shaft. For the lower idler wheel, remove the retaining ring from the shaft and slide off the wheel. For the upper idler wheel remove the socket screw and washer, then slide the wheel off of the shaft. Install the new w heels in reverse order, and your done.
