Already had the old sander pad, brake retainer and springs removed so all I had to do was to install the new parts. Fitting the new springs (2) to the brake retainer took a few minutes and total time was about 15 minutes. No instructions were necessary, These repair parts kept me from purchasing a new orbital sander which would have c ost approximately 2X the cost of repair parts.
