Motor shaft sheared at lock gear

Unplugged the two power leads on the motor and swapped assembly. Reassembled in reverse order. Very simple

The hardest thing was finding the #5 torx screw driver
Remove plastic shaft cap, remove the five screws holding the two half housings together, then lastly a clip at the battery enterance of battery housing,
open carefully not to lose the lock pin spring

Read more te the red wire spade on the old motor remember how its oriented, remove both wires, remove motor, install new motor & plug in motor wires line up lock shaft & itGÇÖs spring put the housing together screw in the housing screws & clip, test the lock shaft that it holds the shaft when pushed down then that it snaps back, releases the shaft and the motor spins freely. After that install battery ready to test it running operation of on off & speed control. It passes all that youGÇÖre ready to back to work.
