This is a Genuine OEM replacement part designed for Milwaukee Sawzall. It is made out of Plastic and it is Sold Individually. This part is the Insulator for the Gear Case. To replace this item you would need a Torx Screwdriver. • First you want to ensure the tool is Not plugged in • Remove the screws that secure the Gear Case • Remove the old insulator and replace it with the new one • Reassemble using the same screws

Purchased a used Milwaukee sawzall. It had some missing and worn parts.

Installed a new boot by sliding it over the gear case. I then replaced the blade clamp by screwing it to the blade shaft. Replace the shoe by screwing two screws into the gear housing and slid it in and tightening the screws with the the hex key. Lastly I removed the brush caps and brush springs and replace the worn brushes. It\'s like ha ving a new sawzall. The parts arrived promptly, and were easy to install. Thanks,

Saw shoe got bent, was worn out. Heat shield was torn and petrified.

Pivot shoe broke and gear case cover was torn

Removed the old gear case cover, then install the blade clamp with the blade clamp screw on the shaft. Installed the new gear case cover. Then I removed the broken shoe by loosening the screws that hold it on and removed it, then placed the new shoe on and tightened the screws.

Shoe was worn out and insulator missing.

Loosened button head shoe retainer screws, slid off pieces of the broken shoe, slipped on new insulator and shoe, and tightened retainer screws.
